Project Overview

The outright goal of the campaign was to lay the foundation and a digital marketing roadmap starting from scratch. This local entertainment venue had been around Southern California for over 30 years and had been operating without a digital marketing structure.

  • Create and set up all accounts, purchase domains and establish initial brand presence
  • Increase customer lifetime value through email marketing and customer loyalty programs
  • Establish an online funnel for acquiring new customers


The project began with establishing all accounts and a fresh website build. We opted for Webflow as the main technology platform for the website as it allowed the flexibility we needed for the project, to successfully build an optimized mobile first user experience. From there, we roadmapped a digital marketing strategy to align with the client goals and KPI's, focusing mainly on creating a memorable user experience to improve customer lifetime value through social media, email marketing and loyalty programs, combined with leveraging paid advertisement for new customer acquisition. The campaign included the following:

The end result (and currently evolving) is outlined below, with our client meeting 2020 revenue goals month over month even with the pandemic, increasing total revenue from 2019 to 2020 by over 35%. This was achieved by creating a strong connection with their customers, allowing them to have a long lasting relationship, ultimately increase sales and customer life time value.
