The Role:

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for uncovering areas of opportunity, managing posts, and responding to followers.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Position consists of:

  • Posting and managing multiple social media channels
  • Community management
  • Content planning and storyboarding according to brand guidelines
  • Plan, organize, and execute content creation together with campaign manager and account manager
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

What we are looking for:

  • To be able to lead the social side of our projects
  • Must be fluent in English and communication, you will talk directly with the client through phone calls and emails.
  • Must be good at problem solving and brainstorming with the team
  • Proficient with social media channels
  • Proficient with Hootsuite
  • Understand Brand Messaging, and Marketing Strategy.
  • Enthusiastic and up to date with social media
  • Organized individual
  • Experience at a social media agency is a plus
