Creative Manager

Media Jet is a San Diego based, creative, digital marketing agency. Our goal is to help brands stay relevant in today’s social world. We are a rapidly growing team, with a creative and energetic vibe.

The Role:‍

Media Jet is looking for a creative individual to work alongside our account management team, and assist in creating exciting, unique, and relevant content that helps tell our clients story. This position will help communicate this essence to their audiences in the best possible manner, with a critical eye, giving them solid branding and marketing advice along the way.‍

Position consists of:

• Logo creation
• Branding and design
• Content planning and storyboarding according to brand guidelines
• Plan, organize, and execute content creation together with campaign manager and account manager.
• Managing content from Idea > Creation > Final Product.
• Creating content for multiple clients.
  

What we are looking for:

• To be able to lead the creative side of our projects
• Must be fluent in English and communication, you will talk directly with the client through phone calls and emails.
• Must be good at problem solving and brainstorming with the team
• Creative Direction for our clients ads and social media
• Proficient on the Adobe Suite platforms
• Experience with expert level graphic design
• Video editing experience on Adobe Premiere
• Brand Development, Brand Positioning,
• StartUp Marketing Strategies,
• Brand Messaging, and Marketing Strategy.
• Brand Book / Logo guidelines expertise 
• Enthusiastic and up to date with social media
• Organized individual
• Experience at a social media agency is a plus
• Photography or videography is a plus
  

Estimated Hours:

- Full Time - 9 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Friday)
