Florida Glow, a clean sun care brand, was seeking a performance-driven partner to unlock growth through paid advertising. Despite previous ad efforts, they hadn’t been able to scale profitably or convert new customers consistently. Meta & Google Ads: Using our proven creative testing framework, we identified winning ad angles and audience combinations that consistently delivered a 1.5–2x return on ad spend. We built campaigns with a clear structure: cold prospecting to educate and engage, and retargeting to convert. This enabled us to drive a steady flow of qualified traffic at efficient costs.
Creative Strategy: Our team developed all ad creative, tailoring static and video assets to highlight the product’s natural ingredients, coastal lifestyle positioning, and seasonal relevance. We optimized creative formats for both Meta and Google Discovery, ensuring relevance across devices and platforms.
Website CRO and Landing Pages: We redesigned and optimized the homepage to reduce friction and better communicate the product’s value proposition. We also implemented our “Buy More, Save More” product page module — encouraging customers to bundle and save. This had a measurable impact on AOV, helping improve overall efficiency of paid acquisition.
Through a disciplined approach to ad testing and CRO, Florida Glow was able to scale while maintaining consistent ROAS between 1.5 and 2x. The improvements on the site contributed to a higher AOV and stronger overall conversion rate, setting the brand up for continued year-round growth beyond the peak season.
