We built and launched COYOTAS’ entire DTC digital ecosystem across Shopify and Amazon — scaling paid ads, email marketing, and conversion strategy from the ground up.
COYOTAS, a better-for-you tortilla brand rooted in heritage and clean ingredients, needed a digital launch partner to introduce their products to the online DTC space. With no previous infrastructure, we were tasked with building and executing an entire full-funnel marketing strategy — from store setup to customer acquisition.
Our partnership began with a clear objective: take COYOTAS from concept to conversion across Shopify and Amazon.
Meta & Google Ads: We developed a performance-based acquisition strategy, launching cold and warm campaigns across Meta and Google. Within weeks, we validated audiences and scaled to consistent 3x+ ROAS, driving both Amazon and Shopify sales. We handled all ad creative, blending static assets, motion graphics, and authentic UGC that resonated with a health-conscious, culturally engaged audience.
Landing Page Offer: To incentivize higher AOV and reduce CAC, we developed and tested a high-performing "Buy 3, Get 2 Free" landing page. This offer anchored the paid traffic funnel and quickly became a core driver of revenue — pushing both volume and perceived value.
Email Marketing: We launched all foundational flows, including Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, and Post-Purchase. These were designed to retain new customers and nurture repeat purchases — contributing significantly to backend revenue and helping emails account for 20–30% of monthly sales.
Amazon Optimization: In parallel with the Shopify buildout, we ensured Amazon listings were optimized for discoverability and conversion. Ads were deployed on Amazon to complement off-platform traffic and capture lower-funnel buyers.
Shopify CRO: We built high converting landing pages with best practices baked in — clean navigation, clear product value propositions, trust indicators, and mobile-first design.
COYOTAS went from having no paid social or paid search to hitting their revenue goals within a matter of months. Complementing the retail channel, the paid channels ran profitably at a 3x+ ROAS, the landing page significantly lifted AOV, and retention efforts ensured repeat purchases. The systems we put in place continue to serve as the foundation for their long-term DTC success.
